You can resize, rotate, lighten, darken, blur, sharpen, set transparency, move, use special effects, merge, use a filter or picture-frame on any image, you can use a central-focus effect on the image to make spectacular action pictures or merge images with other pictures, backgrounds, colors and masks to create beautiful scenes. This image editor and converter can be used as alternative for expensive applications like photoshop or paint shop pro. All actions can be redone by using the history function. With an automatic update panel to update 36IC in no time. Works on all windows including windows Vista and is available in English, French and Dutch. Version 4.2.2.87 adds history function. |
